Viral WW3 prediction video has everyone on edge, showing exactly where the U.S. could fall in the chaos

It's bad.

An unsettling new video from GeoMotion is going viral, predicting that the United States would be the most targeted country in a potential World War III scenario. This simulation comes as global tensions are certainly on the rise, especially after the recent US-Israel strikes on Iran, leaving many people pretty concerned about a potential global conflict and the ever-present threat of nuclear weapons.

According to UNILAD, the YouTube video, which has really started circulating online, directly asks, “If World War III starts tomorrow, which countries would be the most unsafe?” It then dives into a list of five regions you absolutely wouldn’t want to be residing in if things escalated. It’s a pretty stark look at the geopolitical landscape.

Let’s break down GeoMotion’s list. Coming in at number five is Japan. The narrator points out factors like its many US military bases, its close proximity to China, and North Korea being right next door. Basically, any Pacific conflict would put Japan right on the front lines, which is inevitable considering its strategic location.

You already know where this is going

Next up, in fourth place, we’ve got the Baltic States: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. These countries share a direct border with Russia, and they’re also members of NATO. The video explains that “One move here could trigger global war,” and you can see why. The interplay between NATO and Russia in that region is a constant source of tension.

Pakistan takes the third spot, primarily due to its ongoing tensions with India. GeoMotion highlights that Pakistan is a nuclear-armed state, and the video warns that “One mistake could mean catastrophe.” Given the history between these two nations, it’s a pretty high-risk area in any global conflict.

Perhaps no surprise here, but Iran is listed as the second most dangerous place. Considering recent developments and disputes in the Middle East, it’s easy to see why. The narrator states, “One spark in the Middle East and Iran becomes the center of a regional explosion overnight.”

And finally, topping the list at number one for the “most dangerous” place to be if WW3 breaks out is the United States. GeoMotion’s reasoning isn’t about weakness, but rather because the US is “everywhere.” The narrator explains, “And number one, the most targeted country in a world war; not because it’s weak, but because it’s everywhere, the United States.” This is a reflection of the US’s global involvement and alliances.

Now, if all this talk has you wondering where you would be safe, that’s a whole other can of worms. Peer-reviewed research, published in Nature, suggests that even a “small” nuclear war could wipe out billions. This scenario involves massive amounts of soot being sent into the atmosphere, blocking sunlight and creating what’s known as a “nuclear winter” that would cover the entire planet. This would devastate global agriculture and lead to widespread famine.

Armageddon expert Annie Jacobsen, who wrote Nuclear War: A Scenario, shared some pretty grim details on an episode of Steven Bartlett’s The Diary Of A CEO podcast. She explained that “Hundreds of millions of people die in the fireballs, no question.” Jacobsen added that places like Iowa and Ukraine would essentially become “just snow for 10 years,” causing agriculture to fail and leading to mass casualties.

However, the research does point to two places that might actually survive an end of the world situation: New Zealand and Australia. Jacobsen noted that studies suggest these would be the “only places that could actually sustain agriculture” in a nuclear winter scenario.
