TikTok Star Noah Beck’s Family Is Under the Microscope and The News Is Horrifying
Noah Beck, who has over 33 million followers on TikTok, is under fire after an implicit video of himself and his mother resurfaced online. Amidst the controversy, his sister is also suspected to have allegedly had sexual encounters with an underage student.
Noah’s mother, Amy Beck, was seen in the viral video from 2020 having her head dunked by her son. The suggestive lyrics of the song, “slob on my knob,” gave the clip an awkward implication. It seems as though the mother and son duo were simulating a sexual act on screen.
Amy has been put on paid administrative leave by the Coyote Hills Elementary School. The video is also currently under internal affairs investigation. Noah Beck’s mother has been a teacher for the school for over 20 years. In a statement released to the families of Amy’s students, the school said that Amy’s leave “does not impact the safety of our students.”
Needless to say, the video is inappropriate. But it’s not the most concerning allegation against a Beck family member.
Allegations against Noah Beck’s sister, Haley
The old video resurfaced online because Haley Beck, Noah’s sister, was accused of having a sexual relationship with a student. The student alleged that he was paid by Haley Beck to compliment her outfits, and that she had one sexual encounter with him. Haley is also a teacher at the Peoria Unified School District but was fired amidst the scandal.
Detectives wrote about the messages that they recovered from Haley. The summaries allege that Haley Beck “will give him $5 per compliment for a photo of an outfit she is wearing.” Haley was said to have sent $25 to the student and then suggested “a sleepover in Anthem.” She also showed alcoholic beverages to the student. The officers said that Haley sent a total of $630 to the student in a month and a half period.
Another disturbing claim by officers is that Haley and the student refer to themselves as “sugar momma” and “sugar baby.”
The allegations are undeniably unsettling. Haley Beck and the other teacher who has been accused, Angela Burlaka, have not been arrested. It’s important to note that none of these allegations have been confirmed.
Haley Beck has been given special attention mainly because of her association with her brother. She has also appeared in some of her brother’s videos, making her a semi-public figure. However, Noah Beck doesn’t have any direct connections to her sister’s alleged acts.
Noah Beck surely had his fair share of controversy with the TikTok clip of him and his mother, but it doesn’t compare to the claims against Haley Beck.
TikTok dissects Haley Beck
After the scandal erupted, Haley Beck has been a subject of TikTok’s dissection. Videos of her doing mundane acts have been criticized and given meaning. But there have also been claims of former students of Haley Beck coming forward on TikTok to say that there was “something” going on between the teacher and their classmate. There is even footage of what looks to be Haley at a student’s high school graduation party.
It’s uncertain if these people on TikTok have been personally or professionally connected to Haley Beck. Regardless, the conversations online have recently devolved to jokes and skits about Haley. It’s become about vibe-checking and not about the victim.
Outrage against any form of sexual abuse is expected, especially if it involves a child and a person with significant power over them. But Beck’s family ties, the random memes, and skits shouldn’t distract people from the gravity of the situation.
