There’s A New Featurette For The Giver, and Thank God, It’s Got Scenes In Black and White

Which is not to say that I’m feeling entirely better about this one yet. The Giver was the first book that made me cry, and despite the presence of author Lois Lowry herself, the world shown in this featurette just doesn’t mesh with the image of the Community that I had in my head. But we’ll see. We’ll see.
