‘That’s a power move’: Trump’s favorite ‘low-IQ’ Democrat just announced that they are running for U.S. Senate in the most iconic way possible

Donald Trump is probably not having the best week. Since the beginning of December, the United States President and his most dedicated army of sycophants have been embroiled in one controversy after another, which has only made the Republican Party even less popular than it already was.

This week alone, there has been significant discussion surrounding key Trump officials, including the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Kash Patel, the Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, and the Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem. While Patel and Noem have been in the public eye due to rumours of their potential firings over the mismanagement of their respective sectors, Hegseth has been making headlines for his “double-strike” incident in the Caribbean Sea, which could lead to his removal from his role and possible penalties if he is found guilty.

To make matters worse, one of Donald Trump’s favourite talking points has recently announced their intention to run for U.S. Senate in the upcoming elections. That person is none other than Jasmine Crockett, the U.S. representative for Texas’s 30th congressional district. If you don’t recognise her name, you might know her from her memorable clapbacks, which are all over social media. She is the creator of the term “Bleach Blonde, Bad Built, Butch Body”. If you’re not familiar with it, let me tell you, you’re missing out. Look it up, and I assure you, you won’t regret it. And, you’re welcome.

Back to the main discussion, Jasmine Crockett announced her Senate candidacy in a truly iconic manner. On December 8, she took to all her social media platforms to make the announcement, sharing a video of herself standing confidently while a backtrack plays, voiced by none other than the chief mischief maker, Donald Trump. The audio is a montage of all the times Trump has disparaged Crockett and questioned her intellect. It features Trump calling Crockett a “low-IQ individual” repeatedly (I mean, if you ask me, then that’s rich coming from a person who has been getting MRIs and cognitive assessments). Unsurprisingly, people have reacted strongly to Crockett’s announcement. One person on X (formerly Twitter), while lauding Crockett for turning Trump’s insults into background audio for her election campaign video remarked:

Another individual on the platform, while hyping Jasmine Crockett up, wrote:

Several others shared similar sentiments about the United States Representative. That being said, many people hurled abuses in the comments section of her X post, and these people were mostly conservative-leaning people. Well, no surprises there!
