Well, This Is a Good Idea: Soap Flakes

Recommended Videos

If you are a germophobe who still insists on using bar soap despite the germs about which you complain constantly, than guess what? You still don’t have to switch to liquid soap like the rest of us have (to avoid a ganky bar of soap)! Swiss designer Nathalie Staempfli has designed both a wall attachment and a hand held dispenser that, much like a cheese grater, shreds bars of soap into flakes so you can avoid touching the bar, but also keep the bar dry. So the bar won’t even get ganky! This is great news, and some will celebrate by still turning on the contaminated faucet with their elbows. Because really, the world can never be clean enough, can it?
