Sense8 fans learned last year that even though their beloved show was canceled, Netflix would be giving them a last hurrah in the form of a two-hour finale. Today, we learned its official release date, and got some gorgeous new poster art.

The Sense8 series finale, which was ordered four weeks after the show was canceled (thanks to very vocal fan support), arrives on Netflix June 8th. The above poster is available in over 20 different languages, which makes sense, considering the nature of the show.

As reported by TV Line, in the Sense8 finale, “personal lives are pushed aside as the cluster, their sidekicks and some unexpected allies band together for a rescue mission and BPO take-down in order to protect the future of all Sensates.”

Though I was incredibly invested in the stories of particular individual characters, I’m glad to hear that the finale will be focused on the group banding together. What made this show truly special was the way it shows how interconnected we all are as human beings, and that no one need go through anything alone. I can’t wait for this story’s final chapter!

What about you? Will you watch the Sense8 finale when it drops?
