There has been some time since former United States Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene dropped a bomb about Donald Trump, but now the wait is over. In the video mentioned, Marjorie Taylor Greene reveals that the biggest push against the release of the Epstein Files came from Donald Trump himself. She also states that it is on his orders that others in his administration are showing reluctance in investigating crucial aspects of the case that could bring justice to the disgraced financier and sex offender’s victims. Spotlighting Attorney General Pam Bondi, Greene said, “Pam Bondi, she serves at the pleasure of the President and his administration,” adding that they are the ones calling the shots and dictating what she can and cannot do.

Marjorie Taylor Greene says Donald Trump was the biggest advocate against releasing the Jeffrey Epstein Files

In a February 14, 2026 clip shared by the official X page of Home of the Brave, a podcast hosted by Owen Shroyer, Marjorie Taylor Greene could be seen dissing his former bestie, United States President Donald Trump. As previously mentioned, Greene was discussing him and Pam Bondi in relation to the Jeffrey Epstein case and how the latter was working on the orders of the former, who himself was an instrumental figure in blocking its developments.

In a segment from the podcast interview, Marjorie Taylor Greene, while highlighting Trump’s lack of enthusiasm in bringing out the truth about the Epstein case, says:

That fight…came directly from President Trump. I know a lot of people have a hard time with that, but that is the truth. He fought the hardest to stop these files from being released.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene alleges Republicans had to vote with the Democrats to release the Epstein Files because Trump was pushing against their release

During the recent episode of the Home of the Brave podcast, after revealing the truth behind Donald Trump’s negative involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, Marjorie Taylor Greene said something that many Republicans were probably scared to say openly until now. She said that the only reason Trump signed the bill that was passed in the House to release the Epstein Files was “because he had to,” adding that calling it a “hoax,” and fighting its release was the “biggest political miscalculation” in his career.

Greene also briefly discussed House Speaker Mike Johnson’s involvement in all of this, highlighting that Trump had him refuse to bring the Epstein Files Transparency Act to the House floor, to the point where she, Thomas Massie, Nancy Mace, and Lauren Boebert had to vote with the Democrats to get the files released.
