Check Out Episode One of The Future Starts Here, “Technology Shabbats”

Yesterday we told you guys about Tiffany Shlain’s latest web series for AOL, The Future Starts Here. “Technology Shabbats,” the first episode that premiered today, is about how choosing a day to unplug yourself from technology and take time off can be incredibly liberating.

While the series is a lot more personal than we initially pictured, Shlain does have some of interesting opinions about the role of technology and modern life, and the cinematography and editing that she uses is pretty visually interesting. All 8 episodes are now currently available on AOL, so you can watch the whole series in one go if you want to.
