Did Anna Delvey abandon bunnies in Prospect Park?!

Remember when everyone was obsessed with socialite Anna Delvey who allegedly stole money, tricked people into playing for her extravagant life, and ultimately went to jail for it? Well now she maybe used bunnies for a photoshoot and her team just left them in Prospect Park.

Delvey did a photoshoot with rabbits and then shortly after, three domesticated rabbits were found in Prospect Park. Luckily, people found and rescued the rabbits as they would not have survived if left out there alone. While Delvey claimed that the rabbits were safely at home with their owners after their shoot, her alleged assistant shared that that isn’t the case.

Christian Batty, who works with Delvey, allegedly took the rabbits from the shoot and dumped them in the park after they were done with them. The only reason that Batty came forward with this information is because one of the people they tried to get rabbits from for their project ended up finding the three bunnies that Batty dumped there.

Ultimately, the three rabbits are safe and there is no word on whether or not Delvey knew what was happening with the bunnies after her photoshoot. But luckily, the three bunnies had dedicated people trying to rescue them. One such person, who goes by Vegan Chao on social media, shared that the bunnies were now safe and explained the situation with Batty.

“Anon posts calling out Christian and Anna started appearing on the NYC Rabbits group and Reddit piecing the evidence together. It was undeniable these were the exact same bunnies from her shoot,” Vegan Chao wrote on Instagram. “The pressure worked and a confession was issued. Christian did physically show up to help me successfully catch the gray bunny, whose name for now is Joaquin, for one of my favorite vegan actors and for rising like a Phoenix.”

So the story at least had a happy ending but maybe don’t ask for animals for a photoshoot and just abandon them when you’re done with them?!
