A few days ago, we all learned what it’d be like if Super Mario Bros. got updated with modern audio technology. Today, we learn what it’d be like if many other popular older games got the same treatment, including Contra, California Games, and The Legend of Zelda, to name a few that make an appearance. The video won me over the second California Games appeared, because anything referencing that is a good reference (remember how Footbag was called Footbag?), but then it turned out the video had some pretty clever ideas as well. Pac-Man would absolutely nom in real life.
