Atlanta woman makes $100 Camille Rose order. Then she picks up the package from the post office: ‘They are straight robbing people’

An Atlanta, Georgia, shopper spends over $100 during haircare brand Camille Rose’s Black Friday sale. However, she realizes something is wrong when she picks up the empty package from the post office.
In a video with over 171,000 views, TikToker Naturally Kay (@_kristeeena) shows the package in the front seat of her car. The top of the USPS cardboard shipping box is ripped open, and all contents have been removed.
“I’m very confused. It’s empty. It’s open,” she says. “I want my products.”
She questions whether Camille Rose sent the box without products, or if the post office workers took her order.
How did Camille Rose respond?
In a follow-up video, she says the CEO of the haircare brand reached out to her on TikTok to assure her that there was “theft” at the post office.
“They sent me a new tracking number and pretty much reshipped my package,” she says. However, she couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw a notification about the new shipment.
“It says damaged in transit. It got to the truck and mysteriously became damaged,” she recounts.
While she praises Camille Rose for its “great customer service” and for trying to make the situation right, the TikToker says she is growing frustrated by not receiving her products.
But after seeing her follow-up video, Camille Rose sends her another package with extra goodies to make sure she gets what she paid for and more.
“[The CEO] was like, ‘I’m going to get these products delivered to you one way or another,'” Kay says. “She Ubered these products to my house.”
What to do if someone steals the contents of your package
On the r/ExtremelyInfuriating subreddit, users say that they have also had similar experiences with USPS in Atlanta.
“The mail in Atlanta is THE WORST. I’ve had them mark packages as delivered and have received them a few days later. I think sometimes they lie about their numbers or mark it delivered when it’s still on the truck. But I’ve also had missing packages as well, so it’s a crap shoot,” one shares.
Another says, “In my experience, Atlanta is the worst hub of the USPS. They are slow and lose s— all the time.”
According to the USPS website, customers should call the police if their package—or its contents—are stolen. If they suspect a post office worker is taking their packages, filing a report with the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) opens an investigation.
Have viewers had similar experiences?
In the comments of Kay’s TikTok, other viewers say they’ve also suspected post office workers of taking items from their packages.
“My post office tried to steal some body butter and scrubs from me. Claiming they didn’t have it. Baby I sat in that post office and just stared at the lady for almost two hours until it magically appeared from the back,” one says. “I was fully prepared to act a fool.”
A second comments, “It’s definitely the post office. My sister just had her package ripped open too and products stolen a few days ago.”
“When my carrier stole mail & my packages…I went straight to the post master inspector general. I filed complaints and requested a whole meeting,” a third adds. “My packages mysteriously showed up at my doorstep over a week later.”
However, some post office workers say many packages arrive empty.

“I work at the post office. We get empty stuff all the time. I am always embarrassed to deliver stuff like that. Sometimes it’s so poorly damaged it has to be either thrown out or it’s rolling at the bottom of our bins,” a commenter writes.
“What happens sometimes. All pkgs are put in a bmc or wire cage. Heavy pkgs, light pkgs. The heavy ones bust open the lighter ones. Products fall out,” another explains.
