As previously mentioned, during a recent White House press conference, Donald Trump discussed Gavin Newsom, focusing on his dyslexia diagnosis. With his words, he aimed to portray Newsom as incompetent and himself as superior, but the opposite happened when he referred to Newsom as the President of the United States.
Here’s exactly what he said about Newsom and his learning disability: “The President of the United States, Gavin Newscum admitted that he has learning disabilities, dyslexia, everything about him is dumb.” A gaffe or a future prediction? Only time will tell.
Gavin Newsom gives a hilarious response to Trump’s slip
Gavin Newsom never misses a chance to call out Trump, so it goes without saying that he wouldn’t let this one pass. Shortly after Trump called him the President of the United States, Newsom took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared the video where he is being referred to as such, and wrote, “NO THANK YOU, WE BELIEVE IN FREE ELECTIONS!”
Newsom didn’t stop just there. The official X page for the Governor Newsom press office shared a post poking fun at Trump for calling Newsom the President of the United States. The post listed all the changes Newsom would implement in government and across America now that he was President, starting with nullifying every Trump executive order, firing Stephen Miller and every other Trump supporter, and launching an investigation into Trump’s corruption.
