Elizabeth says she documented the injuries with police photos, which eventually led to a warrant for her husband’s arrest, his booking, and a permanent protective order. She finally found the strength to leave after discovering his long history of infidelity, including an affair with the couple’s own real estate agent.
That former realtor, named Celeste, is now at the center of this latest chapter. According to Elizabeth, Celeste had been very public on the internet defending her relationship with the man, while insisting he would never hurt a woman. The irony is as brutal as it is predictable.
