Cardi B went on Instagram Live to record a conflict between her and an employee of State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The award-winning rapper threatened not to perform her last concert for the Little Miss Drama tour because of the alleged mistreatment.

“You and your employees are being disrespectful, which [is] why I’m not going to perform today. Go get your boss, like you said. Go get him—I’m not performing today, let me tell you why. Because we got in here, your employees are being fucking rude for no reason,” Cardi said during her Instagram Live. The incident lasted for less than a minute before the rapper ended the stream.

It’s unclear what the cause of the outburst was. Nevertheless, the fallout would have been devastating if Cardi pursued her threat, since her show in State Farm Arena is sold out. She later went on X following the incident.

She cryptically tweeted, “When you hold power and authority, use it with kindness and respect. Never abuse it… because not everyone will endure your arrogance in silence. Treat others exactly like you demand to be treated. Atlanta… I’ll see you soon.”

Fans were supportive of the move. Nevertheless, Cardi proceeded with her performance and even joked about the incident that happened.

“I gotta give y’all a show!” She said, and Cardi definitely delivered. But that doesn’t mean that the rapper considered the matter with the arena’s management resolved. During the concert, Cardi said that she won’t be performing at State Farm Arena in the foreseeable future.

“I’m pissed off right now, not going to lie,” she says. Cardi also joked, “Next time, I’ll be having my concert at the parking lot.” This doesn’t mean that Cardi won’t be having a concert in Atlanta again. There is an abundance of arenas and stadiums that the rapper can perform at in the city, and she can fill these too without a doubt.

Cardi doesn’t tolerate disrespect, and no celebrity should

Cardi B is known for hitting back during rude encounters with other celebrities and even other members of the public. Most notably, in 2025, the rapper was on trial. The accuser claimed that Cardi assaulted her at a doctor’s office. Cardi won the lawsuit but issued a warning to others who may have similar plans to sue her in the future.

“I swear to God, I will say it in my deathbed, I did not touch that woman… I did not lay my hands on that girl,” Cardi said. She continued, “With that being said, this time around, I’m going to be nice. The next person that try to do a frivolous lawsuit against me? I’m going to countersue, and I’m going to make you pay.”

During the same trial, Cardi B also lashed out on a reporter who asked an extremely personal question to her outside of the courthouse. The man was asking Cardi about her fourth child with Stefon Diggs and whether or not she would have problems regarding paternity.

The question was instigatory, as Cardi and her ex-husband, Offset, officially separated in 2024. In retaliation, Cardi threw a marker on the ground in the direction of the reporter. She also reprimanded the man, telling him to “respect women” before leaving.

She also reprimanded the man, telling him to “respect women” before leaving. Throwing a marker near a reporter is a bit aggressive, but it shows Cardi doesn’t tolerate disrespect just as much as Chappelle Roan.
