Rogue One Meets Almost Every Pixar Movie in a Fun Mashup Trailer

Here’s another Rogue One mashup trailer because, well, I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but they seem to be a thing around here. Like, a pretty serious thing. This time, we’ve got Felipe Haurelhuk, Christiani Buffoni, and Darth Blender joining forces to imagine what the second Rogue One trailer might look like if it was made up of Pixar movie clips. It’s a pretty darn faithful imitation, one that draws from the deep pool of Pixar movies to find clips that feel just right.

There are a few portions where the characters’ mouth movements match their spoken lines, and it’s in those moments that you can see just how well this mashup works. That said, there were a few interesting cuts and choices, but honestly, casting WALL-E as K-2SO (aka Alan Tudyk bot) is real cute. Thanks for not electing to kill Merida, WALL-E.
