Last Thursday, Sam Riedel and I played hooky from The Mary Sue’s offices to head to Bryant Park and test out some items from Her Universe’s new Captain America: Civil War active wear line. This being New York, we weren’t allowed to actually exercise on the grass, but we still found a way to test the items out while stretching, jogging, and doing calisthenics in other areas of the Park.
I don’t consider myself a very athletic person, so when we were given the opportunity to test these items, I was more than a little nervous. Thankfully, these clothes were a reminder of how awesome it is to own comfortable, cute, well-fitting workout gear! Both Sam and I were delighted by the support and stretch of all the items we tried, and found that wearing clothes designed in the spirit of Captain America was also pretty motivating.
In this video, I’m wearing the Captain America Muscle Tee, the Captain America Graphic Capri Leggings, and the Captain America Bralette. Sam is sporting a Captain America Crossback Tank Top and Captain America Capri Leggings.
