In addition to breathlessly waiting for any updates on the possible Last of Us film adaptation starring Maisie Williams, fans of Naughty Dog’s incredible post-apocalyptic universe now have some additional gossip to pray on.

As far as rumors go, this one is particularly tenuous: former Naughty Dog lead character artist Michael Knowland (who left the company in April) has updated his LinkedIn profile to include one month working on The Last of Us 2. Obviously a former employee’s resume is hardly a reliable resource, but in the past Naughty Dog hasn’t totally denied the possibility of a sequel (albeit one without Joel and Ellie).

What do you think, gang? Are you hopeful for the prospects of a Last of Us sequel, or should Naughty Dog not mess with a good thing?
