  1. You Need To Watch The “Badass Women” Panel From NerdHQ

And the rest of these NerdHQ panels don't suck, either.

Zachary Levi and the Nerd Machine crew are running Conversations for a Cause (benefitting Operation Smile) all of SDCC weekend; but watching the "Badass Women" panel will directly benefit you, because why would you not want to watch Yvonne Strahovski, Retta, Jennifer Morrison, Sophie Turner, Ming-Na Wen, and Missy Peregrym chat about being amazing together?

  2. Extended Trailer for BBC America’s Intruders Makes Us Excited for Some Creepy Supernatural Horror Shenanigans

James Frain, always nice to see you.

After watching this new extended trailer, I’m not sure what Intruduers—with John Simm, James Frain, and Mira Sorvino—is about, exactly, other than… reincarnation? Immortal people? Regardless, I'm intrigued. Lay it on me, BBC America. But yes, Jill, I will start watching Orphan Black before picking up any other new shows. Or that many new shows. I'll get to it one day, I swear! Stop putting tacks on my office chair already!

  4. Doctor Who’s John Simm Features In This BBC America Intruders Clip

    Curiouser and curiouser!

You may have started seeing TV spots for BBC America's upcoming original sci-fi series, Intruders. Up until recently they'd only featured Mira Sorvino but during Orphan Black the other day I noticed a new one starring none other than John Simm (aka The Master from Doctor Who and Sam Tyler from Life on Mars)! Looking forward to this one as it's being produced by Glen Morgan of X-Files fame. Are you following The Mary Sue on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, & Google +?

  5. BBC Trailer Shows Anglophiles What They’ll Be Watching Over the Next 12 Months [VIDEO]

    Oh My Stars and Garters

What have we Anglophiles got to look forward to in 2013? Aside from Doctor Who, that is. This two-minute trailer for BBC One's upcoming season has added several things to my To Watch list, among them season (sorry, series) three of Luther, The Village (O HAI John Simm!), Miranda (aka That Show I've Been Meaning to Watch for Like Three Years Now, I'll Get Around To It in 2013 I Swear), The White Queen (that War of the Roses drama told from the women's perspective), and Ripper Street. But not Sherlock. Because that's nowhere close to filming yet, as Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch are off being über-successful, those jerks.
