I mean, I’m already offended by the presence of Brian Henson, who I still haven’t forgiven for spoiling all the good jokes at the beginning of every episode on my The Muppet Show DVDs. That’s right, Brian. You’re lucky you made The Muppet Christmas Carol and Treasure Island to balance it out.

    I like puppets, and I think Neil Patrick Harris is a cool guy. So, this looks pretty good.

    Also, I think some of the puppets in the video are from past Jim Henson projects. I definitely saw a Dr. Seuss character there somewhere.

    I noticed a few of them are re-uses. They probably don’t have much of a budget. One of them was definitely being used for Nerdist YouTube videos a year ago as a mock presidential candidate.

    They’ve always been into recycling. Muppets have many of the same puppets as Sesame St or other Hensen pprojects through time.

    Yep. They have whole rooms full of noses and eyes and other body parts that they switch out on a puppet base, too, so a puppet that looks…vaguely familiar…is probably a puppet that’s been recycled with some new features. I even recognized it on Sesame Street once in a while.
