Remember how Marvel Studios’ Louis D’Esposito mentioned they might have Captain Marvel on the brain? You should. We posted about it, like, three hours ago. Nobody freak out, because this might not necessarily be related, but Katee Sackhoff mentioned on the Schmoes Know podcast that “there’s been some stuff going on” between her and Disney, including “a lot of checking of availability for the first quarter of next year.”
I said don’t freak out!
Oh, who’m I kidding? This is totally worth freaking out over. And even if Disney, which owns Marvel, isn’t testing the waters with Sackhoff to play Captain Marvel (please please please let them be doing that, pleasepleasplease), we’ll always have that GEEK Magazine photoshoot she did where she posed with a Dalek and dressed up as Tyler Durden, Captain Kirk, an Orion slave girl, and Tom Baker‘s Doctor.
