‘Let yall the secrets out’: MTG acknowledges the existence of paid MAGA influencers on The View

Marjorie Taylor Greene is not holding back when it comes to her criticism of the Trump administration and the MAGA movement. In recent months, the United States Representative has made it clear that her relationship with the Republican Party and its leader is not as strong as it once was. She demonstrated this once again during her recent appearance on The View.
On the Tuesday episode of The View, Marjorie Taylor Greene was a guest. Throughout the episode, MTG criticised her own Party while pointing out its flaws. One of the main issues she raised was related to the delayed release of the Epstein Files, which have been stalled since the public first learned about them. MTG also disagreed with her party’s position on Israel, indicating that she does not support the friendship between the country and the United States. Additionally, she criticised Donald Trump and the Republican Party’s decision to endorse Andrew Cuomo during the recent NYC mayoral elections, highlighting that he faced several sexual assault allegations and had proven to be incompetent during the COVID pandemic, which led to many deaths, particularly among the elderly.
Alongside her criticisms of her party and its leader, MTG also took aim at the MAGA supporters, highlighting that she faced significant backlash from them after they learnt she would be a guest on The View. Referring to them as “paid social media influencers,” MTG described their behaviour as “weak” and “pathetic.” Following her remarks, many people took to social media to express their opinions on the matter. One user on X wrote:
She still go kick rocks but keep spilling the tea…let yall the secrets out. Kick back and watch this MAGA civil war…let them destroy themselves”
Another person wrote:
Where’s the lie? There isn’t one. Greene said the quiet part out loud.”
Several others echoed similar thoughts. That said, many (mostly Republican leaning people) pointed out that paid influencers are found on both the Republican and Democratic sides. Surprisingly enough, though, I hardly ever see any Democratic “paid influencer” criticising Republicans in the same derogatory manner they do.
