James Corden’s at it again. On the Late Late Show, Corden indulged in his fun segment called “Role Call,” where he re-enacts famous movie scenes with the actors who made them so memorable. This time around he had Tom Cruise on to bring to life a medley of Cruise’s most iconic scenes.
Now when I say medley, I mean medley. This segment’s over nine-and-a-half minutes long, and it just gets funnier as they go on. Some of the movies featured include Top Gun (of course), Risky Business, Cocktail, Eyes Wide Shut, Interview With a Vampire, Jack Reacher, A Few Good Men, War of the Worlds, all of the Mission Impossibles, and more. Heck, there’s even a surprise appearance by one of Cruise’s Jerry Maguire co-stars. You can probably guess who, but you’ll have to watch the video to find out for sure. And I mean, it’s hilarious, so why not watch it anyway?
Corden is, as ever, a total delight throughout the entire thing, and it’s kind of fun to see Cruise so down to just have fun with the entire segment. Enjoy the video, pals.
