Tina Fey and Amy Poehler Get Their Golden Globe On, Lets Watch

This video will enable you to have conversations about the funny jokes in the Golden Globes today even if you didn’t watch it. (For one tiny piece of context, the clip that starts at about the two minute mark took place just after Lena Dunham was awarded the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Comedy over fellow nominees Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Zooey Deschanel, and Julia Louise-Dreyfus, and thanked her fellow nominees for being some of her biggest role models (and also for “getting her through middle school.”)

But it wasn’t just Tina and Amy who were in fine form last night. In case you’re wondering why everybody’s talking about Tommy Lee Jones and Grumpy Cat today, here’s why:

    The absolute best part of the Golden Globes is when the hosts make fun of people, and the camera pans to the famous people in the audience, either laughing or making the “that’s not funny” face because they want to work with that actor/director and they’re afraid of offending them.
