How To Have the Classiest Superhero Wedding: Let Them Wear Capes

Yes. Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes. Yes.

We love people who decide to have superhero themed weddings here at The Mary Sue, but we have to admit that the choice doesn’t leave a lot of options for the bride. At least, if you’re committed to a traditional white dress (although now that we come to think about it, a wedding dress based on Storm’s white ’90’s costume would be THE BEST THING EVER).

But Megan and Tom’s superhero wedding totally finds a solution to that problem, and the solution is capes.

Adorable retro capes for the bride and bridesmaids, and masks for everybody in the wedding party.

We approve.

She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
