A gladiator on a quest to deliver a message has to get past a pair of bears first in this short film from students at French animation school ESMA Montpelier. It’s Looney Tunes-esque slapstick with the added benefit of the poor soldier being chased by a wooden helicopter equipped with squirrel grenades, which is the sort of thing you don’t see nearly enough of in old-school Saturday morning cartoons.
