This Is Your Brain On Autotune [Video]

Vital Information for Your Everyday Life

Recommended Videos

The gold standard that all autotuned videos of people talking about deep and hopeful scientific concepts is, of course, A Glorious Dawn, the seminal piece of Melodysheep‘s Symphony of Science, featuring clips of Carl Sagan and Stephen Hawking. Hard stuff to top, and we were ready to be unimpressed by their newest, Ode to the Brain!

But then we realized it had Bill Nye, Oliver Sacks, and clips from Jill Bolte Taylor‘s TED Talk (which we highly recommend, particularly as the relative of a stroke victim, and can be watched here).

Let the signals hit your sensory cortices, all you brains out there, and enjoy.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
