Heroes Actor Joins Agents of SHIELD as Hulk-Chasing Colonel Glenn Talbot

It’s easy to forget that the Hulk has his own franchise, given that the character has been played by a different actor in each of his appearances (well, unless you count the end of Iron Man 3). It might also be that there hasn’t been a Hulk movie since before Marvel really started pushing the shared universe idea, which is a pity, because Mark Ruffalo did a pretty great job. But bits of the Hulk’s expanded cast have now been confirmed to appear in Agents of SHIELD.

Hulk Smash Black Friday?

I probably spend too much time on Tumblr, because I immediately recognized that Sairobee’s Black Friday comic depicts Iron Man, the Hulk, and Hawkeye without any more context than the first two panels. If you’d like to know what happens when Bruce Banner has a little too much Holiday shopping, you should check her Tumblr. I like to think that during this Black Widow is on the Helicarrier, gamely still trying to explain traditional Thanksgiving movies like Home AloneMystery Science Theater, A Christmas Story, and The Iron Giant to Thor and Captain America.

Etsy user WhittledInWood makes some incredible handmade bookshelves, some of which have a little bit (ok, a lot) of geeky flare. This Incredible Hulk shelf will set you back $800 but we think that face is worth it. Check out the shop for a few Star Wars-inspired bookcases.

NSFW: Black Widow & Hawkeye Aren’t Left Out Of This Fake Avengers Sex Toy Line

Did we say Not Safe For Work? NSFW! Tumblr user Sarmai created “6 pieces of pleasure” based on the characters from Marvel’s The Avengers. When we saw them we made this face and figured you might enjoy them if we shared. And by “enjoy” we don’t mean actually enjoy, because these aren’t real. But if they were, I have a feeling they’d fly off the shelves faster than then you can say, Excelsior!

TV and Movie Scenes Re-Created In Minimalist Legos

Lego artist Nick Desimone has taken minimalist movie posters to the next level: minimalist Lego scenes. He renders classic characters in dioramas using the least amount of bricks possible, creating iconic moments without the benefit of faces, intricate detail, or non-geometric shapes– just with brightly-colored blocks.

Can you guess all of the movies and shows which are Lego-fied here?

Marvel Heroes and Villains Walk Their Kids to School

Andry Rajoelina is the artist who brought us the “parents” of the DC universe walking their sidekicks to school, and if you didn’t think there could be anything sadder than Hal Jordan conjuring himself a child to walk with, well I have bad news for you, because Spider-Man.

We Can Be Heroes

Is Catwoman A Hero? MTV Wants To Know.

To be fair, it seems MTV has already decided Catwoman is a hero, they’re just looking for confirmation from you. But she does have competition. You can vote for who will go home with the Best Hero Award at the MTV Movie Awards here. We’d love to see Selina win because we know she’s a good egg but looks like either Bilbo or Snow White already have it in the bag.
