Game Of Thrones’ Natalie Dormer Hints At What’s Ahead For Margaery Tyrell

I’ll say this for Margaery: she certainly knows how to pick ‘em.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, actress Natalie Dormer discussed the aftermath of the Purple Wedding. She kept the specifics to herself (for which I’m quite glad), but she did touch on what it means for her character and – cough – her loving new family.

Warning: Great big huge spoilers for last Sunday’s episode, and some small hints for what’s to come. Scroll past the gif of Arya Stark stabbing a table if you wish to continue.

Real Or Not Real?

Natalie Dormer Talks About Her Shocking Shaved Hairdo For The Hunger Games: Mockingjay

Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer made a huge splash on the red carpet of the SAG Awards this past weekend when she showed up with half of her hair missing. Hit the jump for what she had to say about it but more importantly, Natalie, can we talk? I’ve been wanting to do this to my hair for a while.

Natalie Dormer Praises Game of Thrones Cosplayers

Game of Thrones’ Natalie Dormer is a newbie to the fan convention scene (I was there for her first appearance!). That being said, her initial interaction with fandom could have gone in one direction or the other. Thankfully, she had a great experience. See what she had to say about her interactions with Margaery cosplayers and her own costume encounters from the HBO series.

Game of Thrones’ Natalie Dormer To Guest Star On Elementary

Even though I don’t watch CBS’s Elementary, I am very excited about this casting. Actress Natalie Dormer, who plays Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones, will have a guest-starring role on the Sherlock series as…

Listen To A Clip Of Benedict Cumberbatch’s Beautifully Haunting Singing Voice From Neverwhere

This audio clip autostarts so we’re putting it after the jump. But really, would anyone mind a little surprise Benedict Cumberbatch?

The Cast for the BBC Radio Production of Neverwhere is an Anglophile’s Dream. Can We Get All These People in a Movie Now, Too?

No, your eyes do not deceive you. That is, in fact, James McAvoy, Benedict Cumberbatch, Natalie Dormer, and Anthony Head all in one photo, along with David Schofield (the Pirates of the Caribbean movies), David Harewood (Homeland), and radio drama director Dirk Maggs. And yes, the Neil they’re greeting is Neil Gaiman. That would be because they’re part of the casting lineup, revealed today in a blog post by Gaiman, of the BBC Radio 4 production of Gaiman’s Neverwhere. And the British awesome doesn’t stop there: Also in the cast are Sophie Okonedo, Bernard Cribbins, Romola Garai, and Sir Christopher Lee.

Hypable says that the lineup is “like something from a Tumblr fantasy-casting meme,” and I’d have to disagree, but only because of the lack of Tom Hiddleston. Otherwise that assessment is spot-on.

Game of Thrones Season 2 Is Coming, Or So This Production Video Says

The HBO television series Game of Thrones, based on the first book of George R. R. Martin’s epic fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire, was picked up for a second season just two days after the premiere episode. Much like the books, it feels like it’s taking forever for Season 2 to get here but thanks to the good folks at HBO, we finally have our first look at the current production. Hit the jump for a sneak peek at what’s to come. The video is spoiler free but I’ll be breaking down what we saw afterwards and that might include a few tidbits you may want to avoid.
