  2. The Pete Holmes Show’s Street Fighter Red Tape Finally Brings in Guile

Ah yes, ol' Camp Boot. Home of the boot camp.

So, we love The Pete Holmes Show, but we also know that it sometimes tends to beat its recurring sketch concepts into the ground just a bit. Damn it if the mere sight of Joel McHale in a Guile wig didn't almost make me spit my coffee out all over my computer, though. You keep doin' you, Pete. And God bless America!

  3. Prepare for Tonight’s Community Finale by Watching Joel McHale Scream at Billy Eichner and Play in the Mo’Lympics

Joel McHale is the reason I get up in the morning.

Community's finale is tonight, and hopefully that will be season finale and not series finale. #SaveGreendale, guys. So, here's Joel McHale being hilarious with Billy Eichner on Billy on the Street. The Mo'lympics are entertaining on their own, but stick around to the end to see the two have an incredible insult shouting match.

  4. Joel McHale and Jim Rash’s True Detective Parody Is as Amazing as You’d Imagine

    [Unintelligible yelling.]

Further proving that Joel McHale and Jim Rash should just star in everything together all the time, their True Detective spoof is spot-on and hilarious. In the aptly titled "Can Anyone Understand 'True Detective,'" McHale takes McConaughey's role, but Jim Rash's unintelligible gibberish in place of Woody Harrelson steals the show.

  5. Community Report, Season 5 Episode 2 “Introduction to Teaching”

    Welcome back to Greendale, everyone.

As promised in the previous episode "Repilot," Season 5 of Community is working as more of a reboot than a continuation. The biggest change so far is that Jeff Winger is back as a teacher. It's clearly a change for him, as well as for the audience. He's quickly learning how different being a teacher is than a student.

  6. Watch Community’s Joel McHale Talk About Chevy Chase’s Abrupt Departure

Community is finally back on the air as of tonight! We're super excited to see how the new season shapes up, but a number of black marks have accumulated against the show since we last saw the sunny set of Greendale. Dan Harmon's gone, the show got moved from its initial season premiere, and Chevy Chase up and quit before season four was finished being shot. Things have been somewhat quiet as to what happened, but Joel McHale spoke candidly about Chase's exit for the first time with Howard Stern yesterday, and what he had to say was quite interesting.

  8. Hark! Some Bloopers From Community Season Three

    It Came From Outer Space

Oh Comic-Con, the wonders you bring us! So many, in fact, that the delights of this Community gag reel almost slipped past our notice. Woe would we have been if it had, though. Community bloopers rank among our favorite DVD features of all time, so getting them before the DVD release is a treat we didn't expect. We would've missed Alison Brie demonstrating her rapping abilities, some inappropriate groping, and Chevy Chase inadvertently inventing some strangely visual slang. Oh, and we get to watch Danny Pudi and Alison Brie run around in their Inspector Spacetime costumes. The question is not if, readers, but when you will enjoy this video. (via Collider)

  9. New Prometheus Spot. Just Kidding, It’s Joel McHale, Making Fun of His Job at The Soup. [Video]

    It's Technical

Joel McHale, besides sitting around getting nominated for awards, has a regular gig at E!, which is kind of a terrible channel, but McHale is well aware of this. He makes fun of it and its programming (and colossally good sport Ryan Seacrest) on a weekly basis in between shooting Community. But even better for us, he makes spoofy videos, like this take on the "Happy Birthday, David" video for Prometheus. McHale's is above, the Michael Fassbender version is after the jump.

  10. Community Finally Gets Some Respect From the Critics Choice Television Awards

And All Was Right With the World

Following a crazy third season full of drama off-screen and wacky delight onscreen, Community, NBC's most neglected (by NBC) sitcom has found itself leading in nominations for the Critics Choice Television Awards with a grand total of six. While the awards show itself is young (it just started last year), it's about time Community got a little recognition for the unique brand of silliness it brings to the airwaves. And internetwaves, for that matter. The same internet that may or may not have created the Community video game featured at the end of the season. You'll have to find out after the jump.
