Boba Fett Serves You Coffee At The Disney Starbucks

Starwarsbucks? Yes, this is exactly the kind of nightmare you had when you heard about Disney buying LucasFilm. It’s ok though, Boba Fett is just using this as an undercover opportunity.

How to Make An Edible Sarlacc Pit Out of A Bundt Cake

Thrill, as almond slivers become pretty slick looking teeth. Be amazed, at how well chocolate covered gummy worms and strawberries combine to look like tentacles and a beak.

Stand in shock, because this idea is perfect and yet never occurred to you before.

This Is What Some Helmets Might Have Looked Like if Star Wars Never Happened

No, I swear. The title makes sense. Imagine, if you will, that Star Wars never happened. Boba Fett never would have been created, and his distinctive armor would never have been designed. That would leave any designer, from a number of movie productions, wide open to use that design should it occur to them… since they would not have discarded it as too much like another iconic helmet.

And that’s how you might get Fett-like designs in Game of Thrones, Iron Man, 300, Skyrim, and/or Total Recall. Or, fine, just call them Boba Fett helmets redesigned by Joe Johnston and Sandy Dhuyvetter, who were on hand when the original helmet was designed, and made for the charitable As You Wish Project.

From The Days When You Could Just Walk Up To Film Sets: Fan Photos of Jabba’s Sail Barge

I’ve never really understood the Return of the Jedi despising that I hear from some Star Wars fans. Sure, there are Ewoks, which some people don’t like. But there’s also the Jabba’s sail barge and the second best lightsaber fight in history.

And while we’re on the subject of the Jabba’s sail barge opening, otherwise known as that time the leaders of the entire Rebel Alliance played hooky from the movement and risked their lives to rescue a criminal scumbag that they kind of liked, lets take a trip in the wayback machine to a time when there was no internet, so all you really had to do to watch a movie being made was get there.

Things We Saw Today: GenderSwapped Joker/Harley Quinn

Sometimes cosplay makes me weep. In a good way. This is one of those times. Sometimes cosplay also turns me on a little. This is also one of those times. Genderswapped Joker and Harley Quinn via Haus of Meta. Roxanna Meta (whose tumblr I found this on) was part of that fantastic Rule 63 Justice League group this past year. We here at The Mary Sue really want to see them do a Rule 63 Injustice League now with such notables as Ms. Freeze, Lexy Luthor and Doomsdawn (complete with rock boobs of course). Also, please invite me to be a part of it.
