Amelia Pond in Wonderland: Where The Doctor Is The Cheshire Cat

The 11th Doctor is the impossibly grinning Cheshire cat in artist James Hance’s new “Like A Name In a Fairy Tale” mashup illustration.  Come to think of it, entering the TARDIS is like falling down the rabbit hole, complete with surroundings that change size around you!  But who does this make Rory?

Extend Your Doctor Who Finale Feels With the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra [VIDEO]

The morning after the Doctor Who season finale seems an excellent time to post the latest video from the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra, which sees 292 musicians and vocalists from across time and space performing “Amy’s Suite,” arranged by Stephen Willis using five of Who composer Murray Gold‘s Doctor Who themes.

As always, our recap will go up tomorrow, but because I’m curious: Give me your three-word review of the ep in the comments.

Steven Moffat Condescends To Explain That Huge Doctor Who Plot Hole About The Ponds

Look, I’m not saying something not even invented yet needs to make sense all the time, but if you’re going to make up your own rules, at least stick to them. And don’t be a jerk when people ask you to explain. I’m looking squarely in your direction, Steven Moffat

Rory is Marty McFly in This Doctor Who/Back to the Future Animated Mash-Up

Animator/writer James Farr isn’t the first to mash-up the sci-fi, time traveling epics that are Doctor Who and Back to the Future but he certainly puts an interesting spin on it. In this clip, The Doctor is Doc, Rory is Marty, and Amy is Jennifer. Farr writes, “Somewhere in the jaw-dropping vastness of the multi-verse, I like to think that this cartoon plays at 7am every Saturday morning.” Now I’m thinking that too.

Review: Amy & Rory’s Last Episode Of Doctor Who & Season 7 So Far

I feel like we’ve been talking about it for ages but last night it finally happened – Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill played out their last episode of Doctor Who as Amy and Rory. Some might say it was emotional, some might say it was scary. My view? I’d say it falls somewhere in the realm of disappointing. A spoiler-filled review of “The Angels Take Manhattan” after the jump.

The Ponds Take Manhattan In The Latest Doctor Who Photo Set

I’ll admit, “The Angels Take Manhattan” has snuck up on me like…well, like a Weeping Angel. For some reason, my mind kept telling me that the Pond’s last episode wasn’t until the very end of Season 7 but here we are. Saturday will bring together the whole family one last time for a interesting trip to New York City. We’ve gathered together the least spoilery shots the BBC has released for your viewing pleasure. In fact, our gallery doesn’t include any stills of River or the Angels (besides the one above) at all. Take a look at the Doctor, Amy, and Rory in New York.

Pond Life Part 2: Bedroom Rules

Look, I fully understand that not everybody’s into Doctor Who, and so for those people I present this picture of four baby Guinea pigs in espresso cups.

Meanwhile, in the realm of Who fandom, we’ve got another installment of Pond Life, this one demonstrating exactly the kind of boundaries that a good son-in-law should not cross.
