The Trailer for Suffragette Will Make You Scream “We Can Do It!”

Carey Mulligan is fighting for the right to vote in this trailer for Suffragette, out in limited release on October 23rd.

With a stellar cast including Helena Bonham Carter, Brendan Gleeson, Anne-Marie Duff, Ben Whishaw, and Meryl Damn Streep, Suffragette follows Mulligan’s Maud, a working mother at the turn of the century who risks her life for women’s rights. We should probably take all those “I don’t need feminism!” ladies and have a nice big screening of this one.
