New Snow White And The Huntsman Pictures Released!

There’s two Snow White adaptations hitting theaters this year but Snow White and the Huntsman seems to be winning out in popularity before they’re even released.     As much as I loathe Kristen Stewart, I think Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron are going to make the movie worth at least paying a matinee price.

    The trailer just pulls you in, so I can’t wait for this film! Despite all its fairytale basis, the most unrealistic thing about this film is that the glorious Charlize Theron is threatened by Kristen Stewart’s beauty. Fairest of them all in my pocket. Can’t the evil Queen win this ending please? :(

    I get that Theron is far hotter than Kristen to take that mirror seriously and that the Twilight thing is definitely still wighing in her reputation, but why the hate on the girl? I’ve noticed this for a while now from all around.

     I think the hate is mainly in regards to her acting ability. There are actors much more talented then her (based on her Twilight performance) who we’d rather see in this role.

    I am SO excited for this…Every drag queen in Atlanta is going to be pulling Charlize Theron Evil Queen Realness when this movie comes out.

     Have you seen her in any other movies? She’s much better outside the Twilight series. Not surprising, the writing in those films doesn’t do anyone any favours.

    I hated her acting in the Twilight movie (only saw the first, couldn’t stomach the sequel), but I also disliked the character of Bella.  I thought she was surprisingly good in The Runaways.  Since this version looks really good, let’s all give her the benefit of the doubt until we can judge the movie.

    Rupert Sanders has made some damned pretty commercials, but I’m not sold on his ability to handle a fantasy epic on his first outing as a film director. My viewership will depend largely on reviews.

    I hated Natalie Portman in the Star Wars films.  An actor’s only as good as their material.

    Unless they’re Samuel L Jackson (The Spirit, anyone?)

    I’ve seen some of her other stuff not the Joan Jett role mentioned below but she always comes across to me as playing herself in different situations, not actually playing the role if you know what I mean. The constant grimacing/mouth breathing grates on my nerves.

    I always imagined Kristen Stewart would play the Snow White in my adaptation of this famous fairy tale.  Ha!  My book The Fairytale Keeper: Avenging the Queen presumes that all Grimm’s fairytale originated from one girl, a feisty shoe-maker’s apprentice named Adelaide living in 13th century Cologne, a city in turmoil due to rampant fever and government corruption.

    The big elephant in the room is so obvious. What hetrosexual male 18 and over would think Kristen Stewart is prettier than Charlize. Charlize is beyond beautiful and Kristen is no match! That’s just looks when you add acting it’s comical that anyone would pick Kristen. I know a lot of girls that like girls would pick Kristen but a real male wouldn’t pick her at all. Then there is the fact that what self respecting hetro male would actually go see this movie. I mean Kristen Stewart cannot act and you know it is a joke that she leads an army. Universal made a huge misake casting Kristen. I love the Razzie nomination: Worst actress category Kristen Stewart, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, 2nd category Worst Screen Couple Kristen Stewart and either Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. Plus it was nominated for 6 other Razzies which I think Kristen Stewart’s performance made the movie appear in the other category. Kristen Stewart has been nominated in the Worst Actress category for every single Twi movie. The only thing she has increased is the number of girls loving girls believe me that is not something Charlize has done.
