Japanese players got an eShop Demo ofĀ Smash Bros. for 3DS just a few days before the game’s release there, but Nintendo of America has just announced that North America will be getting a demo two full weeks before we get the game! (And some lucky Club Nintendo players can get the demoĀ today.)

This news first came by way of Nintendo’s all-day treehouse stream today, which is still going on and will reportedly feature hours ofĀ Smash Bros. gameplay in addition to Nintendo’s other upcoming titles. It’s live right now:

The full game releases on October 3rd in North America, and the Wii U version is still slated for an unannounced date this holiday season.
