Simon Pegg was on the BBC show A Night With the Stars recently, and while he was there, he was treated to a physics lesson by the British equivalent of Neil DeGrasse-Tyson, Brian Cox, and physicist Jim Al-Khalili about why atoms have so much empty space. Part of this experiment looked a lot like jump-rope, and it is as cute as it sounds.
