Howdy, comic superfans! We’re back in the mix with a brand new installment of Pull Wisely, our weekly comics recommendation series. This week’s picks have been pulled by none other than your humble, ever-loving TMS editors: Teresa Jusino, Maddy Myers, and yours truly, Jessica Lachenal.

This week’s picks have a bit of a caped edge to them, as we all seem to have pulled issues from the superhero side of things. This New Comic Book Day sees the beginning of the “Civil War II” arc over at Marvel with Civil War II #1, and it is, of course, one of our big picks for the week. All-New Wolverine brings in the big guns as Old Man Logan joins up with Laura to storm into their crossover with the “Civil War II” storyline. As well, if you’ve been keeping up with the Spider-Women (Spider-Gwen, Spider-Woman, and Silk), this week brings along the beginning of Event Omega, which is the culmination of a whole lot of buildup around each of their storylines. Worlds are colliding, folks, and it isn’t going to be pretty.

So! Tell us: what’re your picks for this week?
