This Owl and Cat Are the Very Best Friends Ever [Video]
by Jamie Frevele | 5:44 pm, May 13th
It’s Friday the 13th, and we’ve decided to end such a superstitious day with an equally superstitious creature: the owl. According to Greek mythology, the owl was a beloved pet of Athene, goddess of wisdom. In Roman mythology, owls predicted death, war, and other impending disasters. And in English folklore, owl eggs cure alcoholism. So, drunks: put your mouth under an owl.
This owl just likes to play with equally superstitious cat friends, so they just cancel each other’s bad luck out.
