Orphan Black, New Show from BBC America, Gets Its First Full Trailer

Orphan Black follows Sarah, a life-long petty con-artist, whose discovery of her dead doppleganger makes her think she’s on the brink of the biggest easy job she’s ever found. But then she uncovers the existence of dozens of women who look just like her living completely different lives around the world, and it turns out that someone is trying to quietly kill them all, including her. Well that escalated quickly!

Definitely worth a look! I find that the BBC (America or otherwise) does Sci-Fi SO well! Better than…well, SyFy :-/

Looks good! Reminds me of a book series I used to read when I was younger – Amy number 7/the Replica series (http://www.amazon.com/Amy-Number-Seven-Replica-1/dp/0553492381) Basically the government had cloned a couple dozen of this one girl (and later you find out there is a guy counter part too) but before the project was shut down a bunch of the clones were smuggled out and adopted. The main girl Amy would meet one of the others from time to time and the organization was after her and the others. It was a pretty good series if I remember correctly!

Seems pretty cool, except for the rape scene in the middle there.
