Latest Hobbit Trailer Serves Up Brand New Footage

Okay, so this trailer is practically identical to the original, but there are some minor differences. This is the trailer that premiered before Brave, but if your showing was anything like mine, we were all too busy freaking out to actually notice the particularities of the footage. Now that it’s finally on the internet, see if you can spot the differences after the jump!



In case you couldn’t catch them, here are the changes:

  • 0:23 — Bilbo’s reaction to Gandalf’s arrival
  • 1:57 — Bilbo hiding behind a tree in Mirkwood
  • 1:59 — Gandalf, the dwarves, and Bilbo running through a forest

    • So, is it December 14th yet?

      That youtube 3d is pretty basic but I was able to manage by crossing my eyes ever so slightly. I expect this to be the same of the actual movie – not so different on the close ups and indoor shots but the LANDSCAPES! Oh my god they were fantastic!!!
