Season two of Mortal Kombat Legacy came out yesterday, and we quickly burned through the first five episodes. Today we watched the rest of the season, and it’s incredible. Let’s take a look at what happens in episodes six through ten.
In this installment we learn how Johnny Cage was recruited into the tournament, and we see the three-way fight between Cage, Mileena, and Kitana that Kevin Tancharoen told us about in our interview.
This episode brings us into the backstory of Scorpion and Sub Zero as the two men try to bring peace between their two clans.
The episodes don’t have names in this series, but if they did episode 8 would be called “The Main Event.” Scorpion versus Sub Zero. This really isn’t to be missed.
Liu Kang has resorted to work as a hitman, and after his latest job he gets a visit from Shang Tsung who tries to lure him back into the Mortal Kombat tournament, but this time for Outworld.
An all out brawl erupts as we find out which side Liu Kang has decided to fight for in the season finale of season two. Get ready for a cliffhanger.
