May Nintendo Power to Have Big Wii News

Recommended Videos

Nobody likes hype more than game companies, and Nintendo has started up its hype machine, announcing that a special section in next month’s Nintendo Power Magazine will preview upcoming 2010 Nintendo releases, including something deliberately left mysterious and ambiguous to keep you interested.

From the magazine:

Next issue is going to be a big one, with brand-new looks at some of the year’s hottest games – including a snazzy new world reveal for Wii!

Obviously there are quite a large number of things this could describe.  Perhaps some concrete information about the new Zelda game, promised to release in 2010; That Videogame Blog also mentions the possibility of a new Pikmin game; or the fact that “for the Wii” may simply mean a new peripheral.

The May issue of Nintendo Power should go out for delivery around the middle of April.
