From Michelle Lovretta, the creator of Lost Girl, and Temple Street, the producers of Orphan Black, Syfy is gifting us with a show about a female interplanetary bounty hunter (and her dude sidekicks, including an Ashmore) who are just trying to do their job in the midst of an interplanetary class war. We so rarely get to see a) high sci-fi on TV at all and b) it’s very rarely lead by a woman in front of or behind the camera, so basically put this on my TV immediately.
Killjoys premieres June 19th at 9pm on Syfy in the US and Space in Canada.
