What's with the name?
Allow us to explain.

Hello, my name is Storm. Actually it is Ororo, Ms. Munroe if you're nasty. I've been called a few other names in my time but "Sandy" is certainly not one of them. So why are news organizations all over the country referring to me as such? And why are they speaking about me as if I were evil? Storm is friendly!
Oh, I see. This is another one of those "storms" created by mother nature. Child's play for someone like me. In fact, I find them quite fun and you should too.
First off, let me say safety first! Not everyone can have the powers of Mother Nature, humans of all types should take the precautions given by officials seriously. Helmets are optional but cannot hurt.
So what should you do in a storm? Spend quality time with your loved ones. Watch some movies! Floating hearts are also optional.
Spider-Man: But Storm, what if their power goes out?
Storm: Parker, what happens to a spider when it gets struck by lightning?
Spider-Man: Well first there would be a...oh...right...I'll be going now.
Cyclops: Storm, he has a point, you know.
I can see no one is interested in my advice. Although I cannot see why. I AM STORM, MISTRESS OF THE ELEMENTS! Good luck with the next one who comes along with an offer of help...

Hurricane Sandy | Storm | X-Men
I know a lot of fans grew up with the 90′s X-MEN but I never liked that version. She talked with such corny dialogue. I liked the pic of Storm and Black Panther as kids. That’s cute.
That’s from Avengers vs. X-Men Babies. :)
This hurricane’s already killed 60 people in the Carribean, but by all means, keep reaching for the crappy jokes and tasteless click-bait. smh.
Is this supposed to be funny? I think someone forgot the jokes.
Because teenagerdom is a mess, but some people handle it better than others.
