That HerUniverse hoodie is earily similar to a threadless hoodie that’s been around for a year or two rhttp://www.threadless.com/product/2464 – and the Threadless is at least $10 cheaper.

Obviously not the same store, but this one made me smile:

Black Milk is cool for presents, I adore my N7 leggins

I started wondering why there wasn’t a Nine dress, then realized it would be a black skit with burgundy top, paired with a leather jacket. Not exactly reference-y enough for HerUniverse, but I found my new sneaky cosplay :)

Somehow I didn’t see your reply till just now. I’m glad thinkgeek took it down, but it’s till @ HerUniverse. I don’t know how HerUniverse gets their designs. It’s not the first time Threadless artists have been ripped off. And image thieves have also gotten shirts printed at Threadless. Threadless (while they could have been more proactive to prevent image theft in the first place) has been pretty cool about fixing those problems – by closing down designs, and giving the profits from sales to the wronged party.

Do you know more about Heruniverse and if they’re making an effort to fix this (pretty blatant) theft?
