It was previously thought that the Arkam Knight preorder DLC pack featuring Harley Quinn would just be a handful of extra challenge maps, but the pack’s product description has confirmed that Harley will get to tee off against the BlĂĽdhaven PD in her own story mode.
The Amazon listing for Arkham Knight describes the DLC pack like this:
