First Look At David Tennant & Anna Gunn In U.S. Broadchurch Remake

Entertainment Weekly has debuted the first image from Fox’s US remake of the tremendous UK series Broadchurch. The show, dubbed Gracepoint this time around, is being referred to as a “10-episode U.S. event series.” Interesting to see Fox going for a more British-type run. Hopefully that will work in its favor. Breaking Bad’s Anna Gunn had been previously announced to star alongside David Tennant who’s reprising his character from the original series.

How Would You Like To See Buffy’s Fray Come To Life? [VIDEO]

Fans of the Buffyverse are probably familiar with a woman named Melaka Fray. Not familiar? She’s a slayer from the future where we have things like flying cars, but vampires are also unfortunately still a problem. God, Buffy! You had ONE job. I digress. When Joss Whedon wrote the comic, I thought it would make a great movie. Turns out, these fans agree. So they’ve put together a Kickstarter to fund a Fray fan film short called Lurk. I’ll let them explain and show you a bit of what they have in mind but needless to say, I’d really like to see this one happen. Find them on Twitter and Facebook if you’d like to know more.

Man Banter, Big Cans, and Harassment at New York Comic Con

It seems like no con can go past these days without a big post on the giant jerks who went there not to have fun but to find women and make them uncomfortable for someone’s entertainment. Expected? Yes. Disappointing? Yes. Disappointing that it’s so expected? That too.
