UPDATE: As it turned out, this was not the only clip of a kilt-wearing Santa playing the bagpipes while riding a unicycle in Portland we saw this weekend.  Here is a video produced by the piper himself, Brian Kidd.

Considering that the only parts of this video that we could emulate would be the clothes, our red and white caps are duly doffed to Mr. Kidd.
