Japanese Talking Animatronic Rocket Raccoon Will Either Bring You Joy Or Terror

Guardians of the Galaxy came out in Japan this weekend, and to celebrate, they created this horrifying abomination very lifelike talking animatronic Rocket Raccoon. My Japanese is non-existent and I have no idea what the reporter is asking him, but the Japanese Rocket’s voice actor actually gives BCoops a run for his money. No one show this to DARPA.
