AMC Theaters to Hold Marathon of All Seven Harry Potter Movies

There's An Apparate For That

Recommended Videos

Many die-hard Harry Potter fans already have their plans set for the midnight showing of Deathly Hallows Part 2 this July–the location, the costumes, the pumpkin juice or fire whiskey. But this is the last ever movie in the series (at least until the BBC miniseries fifteen years from now), so why not celebrate in style and re-watch all the previous Harry Potter movies leading up to the premiere? AMC Theaters announced Tuesday that they want to help you out with that, and they will be screening the previous seven movies in sequence leading up to the premiere on July 15th. They’ll screen two a night beginning on Monday, July 11th, showing Deathly Hallows, Part 1 on July 14th at 9pm, leading directly into the midnight premiere of Part 2.

While many people opt to marathon in the comfort (and freeness) of their own home, there is a certain pull to see the movies on the big screen again. So what will you be doing?
